Our process is simple, yet detailed and precise. While we are not a refurbishing facility, we do insure during the de-installation phase that the equipment is fully tested and meets manufacturer’s specifications by a trained technician/IT professional. The equipment is then prepared for removal, de-installed and coordinated by our national crating partners via our international logistics provider. Each item is ready for domestic or international delivery.
Our installations are performed by local, trained professionals whom we have vetted out over the previous 20+ years we have operated in the medical/dental imaging industry. Once the installation is completed, your warranty period begins. We partner with industry specific, trained I.T. staff who will assist you with any software integration or even provide you with separate, contracted IT/networking and equipment services.
Our shipments and installations are coordinated by our specialized affiliate partner. An individual coordinator will be assigned to you after your order is finalized. They will work with directly with you through completion of your delivery and installation.
